In Fargo, a car that drove onto train tracks and became stuck led to a DUI arrest. The two men in the car were found trying to push the vehicle.

FARGO – Police say a car drove on the railroad bridge over 10th Street North at Fourth Avenue and became stuck, leading to the arrest of two Fargo men for DUI.

Sgt. Bill Ahlfeldt said Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway was contacted about a vehicle on the tracks and called Fargo police just before midnight Tuesday. Officers arrived and found two men trying to get the car off the tracks on the east side of the bridge, he said.

In Indianapolis a man was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving. The police have said that in addition to driving drunk, he was also watching porn in his car.

A traffic stop this morning provided Indianapolis metropolitan police with a clue as to why a 53-year-old driver was swerving over the center line on South Meridian Street.

Cops say he was drunk — and watching a porno movie.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Mike Leeper said in a report, he noticed the driver of 2004 Dodge Intrepid “drifting left of center” on northbound Meridian near Washington Street at 12:20 a.m.

When the car turned west on Washington, Leeper decided to pull him over near Illinois Street. After the car pulled aside, the driver, Gregory Green, Indianapolis, accidentally put it in reverse and Leeper had to yell several times for him to put it in park, according to the report.
